Advisor to the Ministry of Home Affairs, Lt. Gen. (Retd.) Jahangir Alam Chowdhury said that public awareness should be raised in the case of Mob Justice. If someone else, if he is other, he will hand him over to the law, but no one has the right to take the law into his own hands.
He said this in response to a question asked by journalists at the Dhaka Metropolitan Police Headquarters on Thursday (September 19).
When people are being killed in Pt, how to prevent it—the media workers asked, ‘Those who are attending the university are educated. You don't take the law into your own hands. If you are a criminal, you should be handed over to the law. If no people are harassed, journalists help people.’
Jahangir Alam said, ‘How can the police force get back the image, stop extortion, prevent bribery and prevent bribery, what are the issues that are discussed. We hope to form a people-friendly police force.’
He said, ‘The case will be filed against the real criminals. It will be seen that no one is a victim of the violence of the queen. Again, the investigation will not be arrested, it has been said that no one should be arrested.’
The Home Advisor said, Bangladesh Police has been encouraging the Bangladesh Police to become the human police in its old form and regain their old glory and the people-friendly police should have been discussed in reality.
