The government has issued instructions to carry out the treatment of the injured in the anti-discrimination movement, while private hospitals and clinics have been requested by the Department of Health to waive their bills or a minimum bill.
Director of the Department of Health (Hospitals and Clinics) Dr. Abu Hossain Md. Moinul Ahsan informed this information in a circular.
The notification said that the Directorate is expressing sincere thanks and gratitude to the various private hospitals for the self-motivated bill waiver and other private private medical college hospitals and clinics are also requested to respect the contribution of the students by accepting their bill waiver or minimum bill.
This request has been made by the Department of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Directorate of Health.
Incidentally, Sheikh Hasina left the country after being exempted from the post of Prime Minister on August 5, unable to withstand the public anger. The 17-member interim government was formed by making Mohammad Yunus the chief adviser who is currently running the country.
