The court has granted two-day remand to former Law Minister Anisul Haque, the leader of Badda police station volunteer party, who gave the order after the court hearing of Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Mohammad Nurul Huda Chowdhury on Monday.
On this day, Anisul Haque was brought to the court, and the investigating officer of the case applied for a seven-day remand check, including the arrest of him.
The court first showed him the arrest of the case, and then the lawyer for the accused filed a bail application for the remand of the accused, and the state opposed the bail, and the court ordered two days of remand.
According to the sources of the case, on August 5, the police opened fire on a student procession in Badda Thana area of the capital. Alamin, the leader of the volunteer group, died of serious injuries and died in the condition of the incident.
