UP Secretary Muhammad Mizanur Rahman said, UP member Mu Kausar Hamid has sent a letter to the concerned department to fulfill the duality of the panel chetterman but he did not get permission to sign.
When UP member Kaushar Hamid called the mobile phone to find out about this, he refused to say anything about it.
Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Arifur Rahman said that if the UP Cheterman is absent, the panel will be held by the Chairman-1. If absent, then the panel will hold the Chatterman-II duty. If a panel chairman is In case of not being present, there is a provision for the appointment of the administrator, but there is no provision for any other UP member to sign as a panel chairman, but the signature is of no value even if someone signes it.
