The official trial of the genocide case during the July-August movement has begun in the International Criminal Tribunal, and 54 of the 56 complaints filed by the Tribunal have made the ousted Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina the main accused.

As part of the trial, the prosecution team of the tribunal will seek arrest and arrest against 50 people including Sheikh Hasina in the genocide, along with the top leaders of the Awami League, which will be shown in the tribunal.
Earlier on October 13, Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal, Advocate Tajul Islam, came to know about the support of Interpol to bring the fugitives back to the country.
