The tremor was felt at 12:43 am on Thursday.

Volcano Discovery confirmed the information. The website said the earthquake's epicenter was 41 kilometers south of Dhaka. Its depth was 10 kilometers.
Apart from Dhaka, the tremor was felt in Chittagong and Barisal divisions. Its magnitude was 4.1.
