Awami League leader MA Momin Pattori (54) was killed in the incident of attack on Bangabandhu's portrait on 15 August at Dhanmondi 32 in the capital, he was a member of Ramganj Upazila Awami League. He breathed his last at Green Life Hospital in the capital on Friday (August 30) around 4 am.
Muntakim Patwari, the nephew of Momin Patwari, who died in the morning, confirmed his death, and leaders and activists from various levels of Lakshmipur district Aomi League and organizations have expressed deep grief over his death.
It is known that Momin was a former member of the Central Student League, a former member of the Aomi League, a member of the Central Student League, and was the Education Secretary of the proposed committee of the district.

According to several sources in the Awami League, MA Momin Patwari went to pay tribute to Bangabandhu's portrait on the day of mourning on August 15. He was attacked there, causing serious injuries to his legs and body parts, and he was admitted to Green Life Hospital. He died there while undergoing treatment.
According to family sources, Momin Pattori has a wife and a son who has a diabetic and heart attack, and his body is buried in the family cemetery in the village of Notagaon Union in Ramganj Upazila.
Ramganj Upazila Central Sambat Samiti President Mostafizur Rahman Bhui Suman posted an emotional article on Momin Pathori's picture on his Facebook ID. He wrote, ‘Brother, I lost you on August 15. I have been banned from telling anyone. If the hospital is attacked? If you take it from the hospital to jail? No one will attack today. Today, no one will take you to jail. Brother will be fine and can. You were very emotional. I was agreeing last night on August 14. You were angry. So much pride? He left with pride.’
