On Monday (December 22) at noon, Amir Khosru said this in response to a question from reporters after a trade dialogue held at the Radisson Blue Bay View Hotel in Chittagong city, and he expressed concern about recent political violence, media attacks and various murders.
Regarding Tariq Rahman's return to the country, he said that his return will play a positive role for the party and the people of the country, while he assured to reduce the bureaucratic complexity in business and trade when BNP comes to power.
Earlier in the trade dialogue, Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury said in the speech of the chief guest, ‘The power of the government is not good for any state, the power of the people is good for the state. This is why democracy is the goal of the government to balance the power of the government through the power of the people. We want to build a democratic state based on the power of the people.’
