In the presence of Upazila URC Instructor Md. Monir Hossain, the representative of Upazila Nirbahi Officer of Dumuria, the following programs started from yesterday: 1. Maintaining the duty of keeping the offices of the upazila, schools, colleges and madrasas clean through a clean team. 2. Trafficking activities started on the road to maintain the order of road and prevent road accidents.
