Retired High Court Justice Mainul Islam Chowdhury gave this information in a press conference at the Commission of Income related to the disappearance in Gulshan of the capital on Thursday (October 3).
Mainul Islam Chowdhury said, ‘We have worked on the complaints of the state's patronage or those who have gone missing by the law enforcement agencies. We will also call those against whom the complaints are made. We will summon for the statement."
‘We visited the DGFI’s office on September 25. We visited DB and CTTC on October 1.
Mainul Islam Chowdhury said that the complaint was equal till September 30. He said that the limit has been increased till October 10. 75 people came in person and made their statement.
Sajjad Hossain, a member of the commission, said, ‘The house of DGFI that we saw in the same place of our visit, I have matched the description of the victims. However, there have been some changes. They have destroyed many important evidences. Especially the writings of the Deal have been painted and deleted. We have told them that we have not come to know the situation in writing and knowing them in writing.’
Nabila Idris, a member of the commission, said that 400 complaints have already been submitted, ‘We have come to know some new things. Before that, no one has ever said these incidents in the disappearance. The Thana has not said that they have not been GDO. We are calling everyone to come to the commission. We want to work on the attention of the commission. There are many complaints coming from outside Dhaka. If no one does not come, we will also send them to the mail and we will also send them to the mail.’
Another member of the commission, Noor Khan, said, ‘We will not separate the victim from the identity of the victim. We want to hear every complaint and know what happened." I want to understand how it was kept in captivity without obeying the law.
The Commission headed the Govt. The government formed this commission under the leadership of a retired judge of the High Court to investigate the disappearance of the law enforcement agencies during the Awami League government's 27th August.
Incidentally, after the start of the commission of the commission formed to investigate the disappearance of the incident of the previous Aomi League government, 400 complaints have been submitted on the 13 working days.
