A CNG-powered autorickshaw driver named Pappu Sheikh (26) was killed by miscreants in Jurain of the capital.
The incident took place at Mishti Gali in Jurain area around 6 o'clock on Monday evening.
It is known that due to previous enmity, the miscreants shot Pappur's left leg in the thigh of Pali. Later, the relatives rescued him and first went to the emergency department of Dhaka Medical College Hospital, and the doctor declared him dead at eight o'clock at night.
In this case, DMK police department in-charge Md Farooq said that the body has been kept in the hospital morgue for investigation.
