Six arrested including four AL leaders and activists in Durgapur, Rajshahi

RAJAH REPORT:

Durgapur Thana police have arrested 6 people including four leaders and workers of Aomi League in the case of attempted murder and sabotage and check fraud in Rajshahi's Durgapur.

On Tuesday 8 (October) night, they were arrested in separate places from different areas of the upazila.

The arrested are the former president of Upazila Sainik League Abdul Latif Mridha, Kishmat Gonkoi Uniiton Universal 8 No. 8 and Jubo League President Jaker Ali (42), General Secretary Sajahan Ali (40), Ail 8th Chhatra League President Tutul Hossain (32). The other two accused in the Czech fraud case were Abdul Ghafri (35) and the other two accused in the case of fraudulent villages.

It is known that earlier on 3 (September) Shahadat Hossain of Chak Jakrishnapur village of Durgapur upazila filed the police station on the charge of attempted murder and sabotage.

According to the statement of the case, the accused in the Durgapur Upazila Medical Motion of Rajshahi, on the day before the mass uprising of the students, on August 4, the accused were armed with firearms and indigenous weapons, and created a terror attack in the area in the open day.

Durgapur Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Durul Huda said that 6 people were arrested in different areas of the upazila and the arrested persons were sent to the court on Wednesday afternoon. 125T, the case was filed against 70 people including Mansur Rahman.
