Miscreants have beaten to death an Awami League leader named Nur Alam (50) after entering his house in Lakshmipur Sadar Upazila. The incident took place at around 9 pm on Sunday in Panchpara village of Chandraganj Union of Lakshmipur Sadar Upazila.
Nur Alam was the general secretary of the Awami League of Panchpara Union. He worked as a tailor at a tailor's shop next to his house.
