The court has granted 10-day remand to former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's private industry and investment advisor Salman F Rahman and former law minister Anisul Haque.
The court granted this remand following the application of the police on Wednesday evening.
Earlier, they took them to the court in a prison van around 6:25 pm and took them to the court under tight security. There they should be kept in the courtroom first.
A murder case filed by Newmarket Thana Dat of the capital, police remanded two people for 10 days. The court ordered the hearing in the court of Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Mohammad Mamunur Rashid.
