Md. Badiuzzaman (Tuhin), No. Bajlul Karim Chowdhury Abed, Secretary of Co-Palli Development and Cooperative Affairs of BNP distributed relief in two unions of Companyganj, Noakhali.
This relief was distributed among the people of the flood affected areas in the afternoon of August 30 (Friday) in Jalia Puk area of Sirajpur Union and VVTC Technical School grounds at Char Hazari 1 and 2nd O.
At that time, Bajlul Karim Chowdhury Abed said, ‘The leaders of all organizations including BNP have been instructed to stand by the people who are drowning in the areas of Bangladesh where they are drowning in the land of India. In continuation of this, relief is being distributed among the flood affected people in Noakhali-5 Constituency Companyganj and Kabirhat.
Later, Abed visited the grave of late barrister Maudud Ahmed, a member of BNP's national standing committee.
Companyganj Upazila BNP convener Noor Alam Sikdar, Member Secretary Mahmudur Rahman Ripon, Basurhat Municipal BNP President Abdul Matin Liton, Upazila BNP Joint Convener Mansurul Haque Babar, Char Hazari Union BNP General Secretary Abul Kalam Azad along with Companyganj Upazila and Basurhat Municipality BNP leaders and all union leaders were present.
