Big good news from Malaysia for Bangladeshis

The Malaysian government has decided to recruit foreign workers in the new plantation sector, and the relevant ministry of the country has already started approving the recruitment quota, said the Bangladesh High Commission in Kuala Lumpur.

This information was informed in a circular on the official Facebook page of the Bangladesh High Commission in Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday (September 17).

According to this notification, the Malaysian government has decided to recruit foreign workers in their plantation sector. The Ministry of Malaysia has already started approving the recruitment quota for the workers in the country. Bangladesh High Commission has confirmed the plantation sector demand manually.

All concerned are requested to submit the following information to the Bangladesh High Commission for verification of the demand letter for the recruitment of workers in Malaysia:

Company approval letter (at least one should be an employee of the company at the manager level), the original bank slip of the attestation fee, the last pay slip of the workers (sampling salary slip for 4/5 workers), the background information of the company will be mentioned in the background information of the company which will mention the number of existing workers (domestic and foreign), the phone number of the workers 2/3, the company's bank statement (for the past 3 months) where the minimum balance for 100 workers should be 2 lakh Malaysian ringgit.

This is also the Sakso document of the Foreign Workers Compensation Project (Sample documents of existing workers), admission of foreign workers to hospital and Surgika 1 Scheme (SKHPPA) documents (existing workers sample documents), JT approved certificates, land ownership documents/land lease documents, promises/guarantees documents, Demands signed by Director, Directors signed by Director, Power of Attorney, Employment agreement, Recruiting Agent (BRA) and the company's contract for the same purpose.

It is to be noted that after a meeting with Maleshita Human Resources Minister Steven Sim on January 16 this year, Home Minister Saifuddin Nasushun Ismail informed him about this decision.
