Former Member of Parliament of Sunamganj-5 Constituency Mohibur Rahman Manik was arrested by RAB on Tuesday (October 8) night from Bhatara Thana area of the capital.
RAB's Legal and Media Wing's Senior Assistant Director ANM Imran Khan gave this information.
He said that Sunamganj Sadar area is accused of attack and attack on students during the anti-discrimination student movement, former MP of Sunamganj-5 Constituency Mohibur Rahman Manik.
A case was filed against him in Sunamganj Sadar Police Station after the anti-discrimination student movement and he was handed over to the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DB).
