It is mentioned in the statement of the case that on July 19 at 5 pm, there was a peaceful procession of anti-discrimination students in front of Gate No. 1 of Newmarket. When some accused were shot at the scene of innocent people, Mahfuzur Rahman, Nasir Uddin, Shamim Usman, Md.
