Farooq-e-Azam, advisor to the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief, Interim Government, said in the country, This year, the flood has been destroyed in the crop of 6 million acres of land, which has affected the daily commodity market.
He said this in response to questions from journalists at an event at the Purbachal area of Rupganj in Rupganj, Naratanganj on Saturday (October 19) at an event at the Multipurpose Training Ground of Fire Service and Civil Defense.
Farooq-e-Azam said that the flood has caused a huge loss of food crops, but the government is trying to provide it quickly even if it is not possible to meet the shortage overnight.
He said that the people of the country and the district are living in extreme poverty, they are malnourished and are also deprived of protein, the interim government is also seeing this poison as a disaster and projects are being taken up to solve it.
The advisor also said, "We are discussing the poison rescue work in the earthquake. I have tried to find out what the needs of the Fatter Service are for the quick response." The reality is that many areas will not be able to enter heavy rescue vehicles due to unplanned urbanization, and we are taking the initiative to use modern technology for such disasters.
