The brain is the most important part of our body, the brain controls all the functions of the body, including thinking, creating emotions and controlling, direct and indirectly managed by the brain.
Some of our daily habits can damage the brain, but I don't give them that much importance, or I think these habits will not affect them much, but we have to take steps to protect our own brains, so we should know and give up quickly.
1. Food: Morning food is the most important thing in the whole day. Eating foods with nutrients that are essential for the body is correct in the morning. If there is a lack of nutrition and glucose, mental status and attention should be out of control due to impotence of the brain.
2. When we do something, our brain works to keep attention, if we do more than one thing at a time, the brain is also working. If you do more than one thing in the same time, the attention will also be divided.
3. Use headphones for daily work, high temperatures, negative effects on both ears and brains. In many cases, the ears have so much damage that they can hear, and their ability to hear is impaired. It is seen that many people are facing problems like fatigue with fatigue.
4. Sleeping is less than our brain function, compensating for sleep, learning new things, making decisions and tempering is bound to do not get enough sleep.
5. Blue light or blu rays of mobile or computer are harmful to both eyes and brain, which is bound to sleep routine due to this blue light which directly affects the memory, attention and peace of the brain.
