He said these things after inaugurating the District Model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Center in Natore on Wednesday (December 10) in the morning. Natore Deputy Commissioner Asma Shahin, Superintendent of Police MA Othab, Additional Deputy Commissioner Abul Hatat, Natore Civil Surgeon Dr. Muktadir Arefin were present.
‘We are all working with awareness and we are not able to hold the pilgrims hostage by creating a syndicate. Last year we gave back eight crore rupees to the Hajids. This time we can, inshallah."
Natore District Model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Center and Natore Sadar and Gurdaspur Upazila Model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Center have been built. Among them, Natore District Model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Center has been built for the construction of 4-storey Natore District Model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Center, 17 crore 55 lakh taka, 3 storied upazila model mosque and Islamic cultural center for Natore Sadar Upazila.
These model mosques have separate prayer areas for men and women, prayer space for disabled people, Islamic Foundation, Imam training system, book sales center, library, conference room, guest room, imam mutajjin and residential parking place for Khadem etc.
