Change in BCS Exam Marks Distribution

The 50th BCS Preliminary Exam Syllabus has been published by the Public Service Commission (PSC) on Tuesday (December 9) the syllabus was published on the website of PSC.

According to the new syllabus, the preliminary exam will be of 200 marks total. This time there are several changes in the distribution of marks.

It has been seen that 30 and 60 marks have been allocated for Bengali language and literature and English language and literature. 25 marks in the international poison and 25 marks in Bangladesh Bishtabi.

This is a geography (Bangladesh and World), 10 marks in Environment and Disaster Management section, 15 marks in General Science, 15 marks in Computer and Information Technology, 20 marks in Mathematical Reasoning, 15 marks in Mental Skills and 15 marks in Ethics, Values and Good Governance.

The previous BCS exam was allotted in Bengali and English Language and Literature sections with 35 marks in Bangladesh Bishtali and 20 marks in international poison. General science, computer and information technology, mathematical logic and mental skills - each part had 15 marks. On the other hand, the allocation of ethics, values and good governance and geography (Bangladesh and World and World), Environment and Disaster Management was number 10.
