buga - 7 seats for Khaleda Gita withdrawal nomination papers

buga -7 (Gabatli-Shajahanpur) seat, the nomination papers of BNP chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Gita have been withdrawn from the seat.

On Monday (December 22) around 1 pm, the nomination papers were collected on behalf of Begum Khaleda Gita from the office of Gabtali Upazila Returning Officer and Upazila Nirbahi Officer. The leaders received the nomination papers from Mohammad Hafizur Rahman on behalf of the returning officer.

Helaluzzaman Talukdar Lalu, advisor of Begum Khaleda Gita, said that Begum Khaleda Jita will participate in the 2026 national election. She has been elected from this seat three times in a row. This time too, the leaders and activists have been ready to make her win.

Gabtali Upazila BNP President Morshed Milton said that Begum Khaleda Ji has been the prime minister three times after being elected from Bogusa-7 seat and this time too she will be elected through the highest vote.

Gabtali Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Abdur Raif, Election Officer Anisur Rahman, Shajahanpur Upazila BNP President Enamul Haque Shahin, Gabtali Upazila BNP General Secretary Enamul Haque New, former Metr Saiful Islam, Municipal BNP General Secretary Abdur Rahim Pintu and BNP and affiliated organizations were present in the process of withdrawing the nomination papers.

Before the withdrawal of the nomination papers, special prayers and prayers were offered at the local Shaheed Minar, which were attended by leaders and activists from all walks of life.
