Mahmud Ullah retires from T20 cricket
Mahmud Ullah Riyad announced his retirement from T20Is. The Bangladeshi all-rounder announced his retirement from the shortened version after the series against India at the pre-match press conference today. However, he said that he will play international cricket for a few more days. Mahmud Ullah retired from Test cricket in July 2021. Today he took it from T20Is. Now only ODIs are left. Nazmul Hossain Shanto had already hinted at his retirement. Stating that he had already made the decision, Mahmud Ullah said today, 'I will retire from T20Is at the end of the series. I had decided before coming on tour. I have spoken to my family about this. I have also decided with my coach, captain, selectors and the board president.
