The International Criminal Tribunal to Trial Mass Murders: Legal Advisor
The trial of the July genocide will be done in the International Criminal Tribunal, said the advisory of law, justice and parliamentary affairs of the interim government. Asif Nazrul said this while briefing a press briefing at the Secretariat on Wednesday (August 14). Dr. Asif Nazrul said, ‘The trial of the July genocide is possible in the International Crimes Tribunal. The decision of the government has been decided that it will be the International Crimes Tribunal.’ He said, ‘There will be cases, genocide and firing trials. Whether it is a trial or not, it will be investigated under the supervision of the United Nations.’ The legal advisor said, ‘The entire country has not taken the initiative to withdraw the cases of false and wrongful cases in three days."
