Pro-democracy activist and founder of a newspaper has been convicted of conspiracy charges The Hong Kong High Court had brought three charges against the Chinese national security of Jimmy Lai.

A three-judge bench of the Hong Kong High Court on Monday found Lytt to be sentenced to life imprisonment, which led to Lie's sentence, a 78-year-old man convicted in Lyric. Two of the three complaints are related to foreign powers with foreign powers to threaten the national security of China, while the other is to disclose anti-state elements.

The judge said on Monday that Jimmy Lai has urged the United States to take action against the Chinese and Communist Party, which has been referred to as the ‘chief planner’ of the likes of the 855 page rake.

Lai claimed to be innocent in all the charges. He was arrested in December 2020. The case against him is seen as an example of the policy of ‘one country, two systems’. This policy was formulated after the British handed over Hong Kong to China in 1997.

The policy was part of Hong Kong China and theoretically it was supposed to allow the region to maintain its own governance and administrative structure. The rights activists say that the autonomy has been under threat recently because China is trying to establish a greater opposition to Hong Kong.

Rights activists also said that the process of arrest and trial against protesters, journalists and publishers has now been strengthened in this territory, which is known as a symbol of freedom of speech, a Southeast Asian Southeast Asian.
